Schulte Hospitality Group and the Hoxton Portland is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Food Runner/Busser to join our team! This is a seasonal part time position until November 1st. Fridays and Saturdays required.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver food orders for guests based on restaurant needs
  • Ensure all food is properly presented prior to running it out to a guest and ensures guests have all they need
  • Assists with bussing tables
  • Ensure you are acquainted with the art and decor in the hotel and be able to speak on them.
  • Be a spokesperson for the Community and be able to know local spots to recommend.
  • Complete side work duties
  • Assist wait staff as needed
  • Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of High School education
  • Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant service role

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Team player
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally
  • Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
  • Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
