Location: Chase Field Phoenix, AZ

Schedule: No two weeks look the same at Chase Field and that's part of the excitement! We support MLB games, concerts, and special events, this position requires flexibility. You can expect a mix of evenings, weekends, holidays, and event driven shifts throughout the year.

Job Summary

Join our dynamic at Chase Field as a Premium In-Seat Food Runner and contribute to the exceptional guest experience in our premium seating areas. As a Food Runner, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality food and service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable time during events at the ballpark.

  • Greet guests in friendly and welcoming manner; ensure a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
  • Provide exceptional, friendly, and courteous service to guests throughout the event.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of menu and available products.
  • Deliver and serve food and beverages; ensure correct placement of dishes and quality meets Levy Core Signature standard.
  • Communicate special requests, allergens, or modifications to appropriate kitchen or serving staff.
  • Assist servers by bussing tables, stocking, and providing additional support as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked food running station, kitchen, and service areas.
  • Ensure work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation requirements.
  • Completes opening and closing duties including cleaning tasks, setup, preparation in assigned area, daily and monthly inventory.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of seat and table numbers to ensure efficient service.
  • Collaborate with FOH and BOH team to promote a positive environment, smooth operations and timely service.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact professionally and effectively.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices, and sanitation requirements.
  • This position may require the following valid certifications; ServSafe Alcohol Certification, and Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the restaurant and/or sports entertainment industry.

Physical demands:

  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, ranging 6-12 hours, during events or as required by operational demands.
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs, as necessary.
  • Frequently required to use fingers and hands to operate equipment.
  • Exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within the kitchen environment.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.
