Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Dental Front Desk Representative to join the team at Dentists of Scottsdale. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, text patients from our texting platform, present treatment plans and collect payments. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, reliable, on time, computer skills and is capable of multitasking. Willing to learn is a must!

Responsibilities 

  • Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
  • Answer phone calls, texts and schedule appointments
  • Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
  • Maintain a clean and inviting environment
  • Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
Qualifications

  • Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Familiar with computers and Dentrix scheduling software
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
