What You'll Do
  • Provide compassionate personal care support and warm companionship to residents.
  • Encourage participation in community programs, activities, and social engagement.
  • Offer meaningful one-on-one interaction to enhance residents' emotional well-being.
  • Assist in planning and supporting activity programs for residents.
  • Prepare and serve snacks or meals according to instructions.
  • Communicate any changes or concerns to the clinical team to support resident care plans.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living as directed by the care plan or clinical team.
