If you find purpose in caring for others, enjoy building meaningful connections, and want to make a real difference in the lives of seniors, this is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a resort-style community where care, dignity, and connection come first.
In this role, you'll provide hands-on care and companionship that supports residents in living safely, comfortably, and with dignity. Your attentiveness and compassion will help create a warm and supportive environment where every resident feels valued.
What You'll Do
  • Provide warm, engaging personal care, support, and companionship to residents.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in accordance with individualized care plans.
  • Observe and report changes in residents' condition, needs, or routines to support updates to their Resident Care Plans.
  • Encourage and support resident participation in community programs and activities.
  • Promote a safe, respectful, and person-centered care environment.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality resident care and support.
What You'll Bring
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with people.
  • Compassion, patience, and a strong commitment to resident care and dignity.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current CNA certification or Medication Aide certification is a plus, but not required in some cases depending on role requirements.
  • A team-oriented mindset and a desire to grow within a supportive environment.
Why You'll Love Working at RUI
  • Supportive, team-oriented culture where your contributions are valued.
  • Beautiful resort-style community designed to inspire both residents and employees.
  • Hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.
  • Career growth opportunities within a growing organization committed to promoting from within.
  • Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Pet Insurance.
  • Tuition Reimbursement and College Partnership Programs to support your future.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Employee Referral Bonus Program.
  • Complimentary daily meals.
  • A meaningful role where your care directly enhances residents' quality of life every day.

At RUI, you're more than a CNA-you're a vital part of a mission-driven team dedicated to delivering comfort, dignity, and exceptional living experiences. Join us and build a career where your compassion is valued and your impact is felt every day.
