RUCKUS One is the cloud-native, AI-driven network management platform unifying wired and wireless infrastructure management across enterprise, hospitality, education, and venue environments. Built on decades of RUCKUS’ innovation, RUCKUS One delivers intelligent, automated network operations at scale — from a single pane of glass.

We are looking for a Director of Product Management to own the vision, strategy, and execution for RUCKUS One. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of RUCKUS's cloud platform transformation. You will define how AI, automation, and cloud-native architecture come together to deliver the next generation of network management for enterprise IT teams worldwide.

You will collaborate deeply with product team, engineering, design, sales, and customers, and serve as the internal and external voice of the RUCKUS One platform.

This is a Hybrid role 3 days a week based out of our Sunnyvale, CA office.

What You'll Do
  • Product Strategy & Vision
    • Own the multi-year product roadmap for RUCKUS One, including cloud management, , security, and platform extensibility
    • Define and articulate a differentiated AI-forward product vision that positions RUCKUS One competitively in the market
    • Translate market trends, customer research, and competitive intelligence into a coherent, prioritized strategy
    • Champion the integration of agentic AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics throughout RUCKUS One — from automated root-cause analysis to closed-loop remediation and natural language operations interfaces
  • Execution & Delivery
    • Partner with engineering to deliver high-quality releases on cadence; own feature scoping, acceptance criteria, and launch readiness
    • Define and track key product metrics including adoption, engagement, NPS, retention, AI feature utilization rates
    • Drive go-to-market readiness with product marketing, sales enablement, and channel teams
  • Customer & Market Engagement
    • Engage directly with enterprise IT leaders, network architects, and managed service providers to develop deep customer empathy and validate roadmap priorities
    • Represent RUCKUS One at industry events and partner forums
    • Synthesize competitive intelligence into product positioning and differentiation
  • Team Leadership
    • Mentor PMs on product craft: discovery, prioritization, storytelling, and working effectively with engineering
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree with 10+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a director or senior PM leadership role
  • Deep domain expertise in enterprise networking — campus Wi-Fi, switching, cloud management platforms
  • Demonstrated track record shipping AI/ML-powered product features at scale
  • Experience owning a cloud SaaS platform product end-to-end, from strategy through launch
  • Strong executive communication skills - able to align stakeholders and simplify complexity for diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to operate and lead in a matrixed, fast-paced organization
You'll Excite Us If You Have
  • Hands-on familiarity with RUCKUS One, Juniper Mist, Cisco Meraki, Aruba Central, or comparable platforms
  • Background in enterprise IT, MSP, or channel-facing product development
  • Familiarity with 802.11 Wi-Fi standards (Wi-Fi 6/6E/7), MIMO, and enterprise WLAN architecture
  • Experience working AI frameworks, or AI-assisted operations tooling. We are looking for an AI-forward PM who maintains working knowledge of current AI tools and their adoption in PM work.

The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.

Salary range: The position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $160,000.00-$220,000.00. The salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs.
