WVU Medicine, West Virginia University Health System Medical Group (WVUHS Medical Group) is actively recruiting a Gastroenterologist at Thomas Memorial Hospital in Charleston, WV and South Charleston, WV.

Qualifications: Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for state medical license. Candidates must be board certified / eligible in gastroenterology. Candidates must have completed an accredited internal medicine residency program and a gastroenterology fellowship program. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.

Duties: The successful candidate will practice in the area of gastroenterology.

Location: West Virginia's capital city is perfectly positioned at the confluence of the Kanawha and Elk rivers. It's also where three major interstates converge, making it a highly accessible destination for visitors looking for an affordable getaway. Charleston boasts the history you'd expect of a capital city, but a growing arts scene and its riverside position makes it a hub for recreation and culture, too.
