The West Virginia University Department of Emergency Medicine seeks an Emergency Medicine Physician to join the community faculty in our emergency department located in Morgantown, WV.
The successful candidate will be appointed to the appropriate rank in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the West Virginia University School of Medicine. Duties include clinical shifts in the emergency department at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital along with didactic and bedside education of residents and medical students. The candidate will join a department composed of a three-year residency program, three fellowship programs, and divisions of education, emergency medical services, pediatric emergency medicine, research, sports medicine, and ultrasound.
Qualifications: Candidate must have an MD or DO degree and be eligible for West Virginia state medical license. Candidate must have completed residency in emergency medicine and be board eligible/board certified in emergency medicine. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
