Production Operator 1st Shift

Location: Killbuck, OH
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: MondayFriday | 6:00 AM 4:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Rubber Mill Room Production Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Killbuck, Ohio. In this role, you will operate rubber mill equipment, prepare rubber compounds, and support the production process while maintaining high standards for quality and safety. Responsibilities
  • Operate rubber mill room equipment safely and efficiently
  • Mix and prepare rubber compounds according to production specifications
