Who we are...
Ravago is a manufacturing company that produces a wide range of plastic and rubber materials from high performance engineered resins to recycled post-consumer materials. We are looking for Production Technicians to lead the safe and efficient production of quality material that meets customer requirements.
About the position:
• Work in a non-climate controlled environment.
• Follow all Quality, Safety & Environmental Procedures.
• Move, load and package Raw and Finished Goods.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Complete box sheets correctly with box numbers, finished end temperatures, correct weights, and indicate whether the box is "Conforming" or "Non-Conforming".
• Ensure that boxes are labelled correctly - Product ID, correct weights and any other customer requirements.
• Retrieve a quality sample from each box to place on the quality board for that line for quality inspections.
• Complete change overs from one product to another, ensuring there isn't any contamination.
• Use an overhead crane to transfer blending totes of mixed materials to top of the extruder.
• Uphold Ravago's Code of Conduct.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Team Leader as needed.
