* Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design

* Experience with Infrared signature analysis and reduction techniques
* Experience in Laser Cross Section reduction techniques
* Experience using industry standard computational electromagnetic (CEM) codes such as SENTRi & XPATCH
