You will be working on cutting-edge projects, developing next-generation materials, and integrating advanced signature control techniques into our defense systems. What You Will Do * Radar Cross Section (RCS) design, analysis, and test
* You will work in integrated product teams to incorporate advanced signature control techniques into deliverable products and aid in the assessment of system level performance.
* Present results of testing, analysis, and design efforts to internal and external customers This job is in Tucson, AZ and the position is onsite Qualifications You Must Have * Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
* Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design
* Secret Security Clearance Qualifications We Prefer * Experience with high temperature RCS reduction techniques
* Experience with Infrared signature analysis and reduction techniques
* Experience in Laser Cross Section reduction techniques
* Experience using industry standard computational electromagnetic (CEM) codes such as SENTRi & XPATCH
* Advanced Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
