Job Summary:
About the Role
The Account Executive for RRS play a critical role in the success of the RRS team as we continue to expand our geographic coverage. This role shall all sales activity in an assigned territory, interfacing as needed with RRS Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Service teams. This role with report to the Sales Team Leader for Red River Software.
Job Description:
Responsibilities
โ€ข Interface with RRS leadership team and RRS marketing resources to identify, package and deliver compelling content to the marketplace in order to nurture influencers and drive leads for RRS products and services in the assigned territory.
โ€ข Adhere to the sales process for RRS products and services, from sales qualification through to final sales, utilizing sales best practices and leveraging the expertise and relationships of RRS.
โ€ข Maintain accurate pipeline, and commit to quarterly bookings targets.
โ€ข Attend sales meetings as an active participant/.
โ€ข Meet quarterly commits and annual quotas as assigned from time to time, working as a team to help and hold each team member accountable for the same.
โ€ข Gather customer feedback and communicate/collaborate with product owners in order to ensure that the product roadmap accurately reflects customers' business vision.
โ€ข Happily take on existing duties as may be required from time to time.
Required skills and education
โ€ข 5+ years of demonstrated experience in software sales within retail and/or wholesale fuel marketplace
โ€ข Demonstrated experience in solution selling
โ€ข Exceptional oral and written communication skills
โ€ข A proven track record of building and nurturing customer relationships at the management level
โ€ข Positivity, passion and creativity
โ€ข Proven ability to work remotely
โ€ข Appx. 25% travel, with some months up to 50% travel to customer locations, company locations, and industry events, with high degree of flexibility
