Description:

Posterity Group LLC is a veteran owned, service-disabled small business, headquartered in Rockville, MD, that specializes in federal government contracting and staffing. We are tasked with staffing The Seattle VA Medical Center with Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (RPSGT). The Technologist is expected to do the following:


  • Perform overnight Polysomnographic studies, using various modes of Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) therapy interventions.
  • Perform Home Sleep Apnea Tests (HSAT).
  • Monitors and documents on patients undergoing physiologic studies.
  • Monitors and tracks equipment and supplies.
  • Completes record keeping and charting.
  • Ability to address and solve both technical and interpersonal problems.
  • Demonstrated communication skills.
  • Ability to use computerized and mechanical equipment efficiently.
  • Ability to Score Studies according to AASM guidelines.
Requirements:
  • High School Degree or GED
  • BLS Certification or RQI for Healthcare Providers
  • Current RPSGT/RST or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) licensed in the state of practice
  • at least 3 years of relevant experience
