Responsibilities
As a Support Account Manager, you'll partner closely with our Account Managers to deliver a seamless client experience. You'll play a key role in keeping workflows moving, supporting client needs, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the policy lifecycle.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
โ€ข Assist Account Managers with quoting and building coverage options with carriers
โ€ข Manage the execution of changes in carrier placement by handling the cancellation and issuing of remarkets and new lines of coverage
โ€ข Assist Insureds with policy changes, endorsements, and related questions with empathy and urgency
โ€ข Remain current on carrier coverages, processes, and billing changes
โ€ข Build long-term client relationships through consultative conversations and responsiveness
โ€ข Communicate with carriers and Insureds to ensure timely completion of underwriting requests
โ€ข Ensure accuracy and documentation within agency systems
โ€ข Work closely with Account Managers to ensure a smooth and consistent client experience
โ€ข Help maintain workflow efficiency and high service standards across the team
Qualifications
โ€ข 1+ years' experience in an Independent Agency (IA channel), Personal Lines.
โ€ข Deep knowledge of carriers, coverage forms, and quoting/billing procedures.
โ€ข Active P&C License.
โ€ข Proficiency in the agency's management system, AMS360, and Microsoft Office.
โ€ข Exceptional communication, organization,, and follow-through.
โ€ข A genuine care for people and attention to detail - you enjoy Championing Relationships and Getting It Done right.
โ€ข Experience working with insureds in the State of TN.
