• Monitoring & Observability Team Coordination: Serve as the primary coordination point for the Monitoring & Observability team, facilitating prioritization, cross-team dependencies, and delivery alignment across alerting, dashboarding, and observability tooling initiatives.

• Command Center Coordination: Coordinate with the Command Center function to ensure real-time operational visibility, escalation readiness, and incident communication protocols are aligned with project and program delivery activities.

• ITSM & Process Alignment: Ensure alignment with ITIL-based change, release, and service transition processes.

• Data Center, Remote Office & Facilities Technology Coordination: Coordinate technology work across data center operations, remote office buildouts, and facilities infrastructure, ensuring project schedules, vendor activities, and hardware deployments are tracked and executed in alignment with broader IT programs.

• Database Support Team Coordination: Partner with the Database Support team to align database-related project activities, maintenance windows, capacity planning, and environment readiness with program delivery timelines.

• Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Track contractual deliverables, SLAs, and delivery milestones from suppliers and MSPs.

• Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Maintain KPIs and dashboards, identify trends, and recommend delivery improvements.
