  • 8 - 10 yrs. of experience in IBM iSeries V7R1 systems
  1. Excellent RPG coding experience.
  1. Good in iSeries/DB2 knowledge and RDBMS skills
  • Strong in service oriented architecture (SOA) concepts.
  • Well aware of version control system in RPG using knowledge on turnover.
  • Knowledge in US Core Banking.
  • Well acquainted with Agile scrum.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the client's existing RPG code base and work to break it into service oriented programming to make it consumable to other applications and third parties.
  • Follow the architecture established, and also recommend the improvements.
  • Analyze the existing legacy Core Banking system.
  • Client interaction on technology and domain knowledge clarifications.
  • Mentor a team to spread the knowledge gathered and help in slowly building a team with solid knowledge base.
