Responsibilities:

  • Design, program, and test web-based and interviewer-administered opinion research survey solutions customized to project specifications
  • Program and maintain surveys primarily within the Unicom Intelligence survey platform, supporting CATI, CAWI, and hybrid data collection modes as required
  • Translate complex questionnaires, specifications, and logic flows into accurate survey scripts
  • Implement skips, quotas, validations, piping, loops, and sample management rules within the Unicom environment
  • Work on cross-functional project teams including project managers, data processing, and operations staff
  • Troubleshoot survey logic issues, data flow problems, and production issues during fielding
  • Contribute to and maintain programming standards, documentation, and process improvements
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years hands‑on experience in all phases of survey questionnaire development and/or programming in CATI, CAPI, &/or CAWI survey engines.
  • Minimum 1 year recent hands‑on survey programming experience with UNICOM Intelligence
  • Strong understanding of Unicom-style logic‑driven scripting, including complex routing, quota management, and interviewer workflows
  • Understanding of key business functions in survey data collection.
  • Strong math, logic, and analytical skills
  • Experience with SDLC, including requirements, design, implementation, build and release, and production support preferred
  • Familiarity with social science research or survey methodology and/or market research preferred
  • Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer.
  • Corp to Corp candidates will not be considered.

The base range for this contract position is $40.00 - $55.00 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
