What does an RPA Intern do?

An RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Intern assists organizations in automating repetitive business processes using software robots. Their responsibilities typically include analyzing workflow processes, helping to design and develop automation scripts, testing bots for accuracy, and documenting automation solutions. RPA interns often work with tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere under the guidance of senior developers. This role provides hands-on experience in process automation and exposure to business operations, making it valuable for those interested in technology and process improvement.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an RPA Intern?

To thrive as an RPA Intern, you need a basic understanding of programming concepts, process automation, and a relevant educational background in computer science or engineering. Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere, as well as knowledge of scripting languages like Python or VB.NET, is typically expected. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective collaboration skills help you excel in identifying automation opportunities and working within teams. These skills ensure the successful development and deployment of automation solutions that improve operational efficiency.

What are some common challenges an RPA Intern may face during their internship, and how can they overcome them?

As an RPA Intern, you may encounter challenges such as understanding complex business processes, learning new automation tools, and troubleshooting bot errors. It's common to feel overwhelmed initially by the variety of tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere, as well as the need to communicate effectively with business stakeholders to clarify requirements. To overcome these obstacles, actively seek mentorship from team members, take advantage of online training resources, and participate in regular team stand-ups to stay aligned with project goals. Being proactive in asking questions and documenting your learning will also help you build confidence and contribute effectively to your team.

Marketing Automation Engineer (Lead Generation)

Robotec.ai

Warsaw, IN • On-site

$75 - $95/hr

Job description

Robotec.ai is a deep-tech company and global leader in robotics simulation, digital twins, and Physical AI enablement. Our mission is to accelerate the development, validation, and deployment of autonomous systems and Physical AI through high-fidelity, scalable, and open simulation platforms. We are believers in open source. You can check out some of our projects on GitHub.

We are looking for a Mid or Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to own and optimize the technical engine behind our lead generation across LinkedIn and email. This is a technical role, not a content one - you will not be writing marketing copy or producing content. Instead, you will select, manage, and continuously optimize the tools, build and maintain the automation, and tune our outreach so that it runs reliably at scale and stays aligned with our product marketing campaigns.

What you will do
  • Own, configure, and continuously optimize our outbound tooling stack (LinkedIn automation, cold email platforms, enrichment and orchestration tools)
  • Build and maintain automated lead generation pipelines across LinkedIn and email
  • Integrate and orchestrate the stack (CRM, outreach tools, data enrichment) via APIs, webhooks, and no‑code/low‑code platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n)
  • Set up and optimize AI‑driven workflows that personalize and scale outreach (configuration and tuning of the system)
  • Align and configure outreach campaigns to match product marketing campaigns and go‑to‑market priorities
  • Own technical deliverability and sending infrastructure - domains, inboxes, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warm‑up, inbox rotation
  • Instrument, measure, and optimize performance (deliverability, reply and conversion rates); run experiments and iterate on the system, not just on copy
  • Strong, hands‑on technical experience building and managing marketing / lead generation automation (this is a technical, tooling‑focused role)
  • Deep working knowledge of AI tools for process automation (LLMs, AI agents, automation and orchestration platforms) and the ability to wire them together into reliable workflows
  • Comfortable with API integrations, webhooks, and no‑code/low‑code automation (Make, Zapier, n8n)
  • Hands‑on experience operating LinkedIn outreach and cold email tooling at scale
  • Solid understanding of email deliverability and sending infrastructure (domains, warm‑up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, inbox rotation)
  • Analytical, systems‑thinking mindset: you optimize processes, automate the repetitive, and measure everything
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluent English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken
Nice to haves
  • Programming and scripting skills (Python, JavaScript) for custom automations and integrations
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and their APIs (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive)
What's in it for you
  • Work with the best experts in robotics and simulation, using the latest technologies.
  • Freedom to own and shape the entire outbound automation stack end‑to‑end, with room to experiment with cutting‑edge AI tools.
  • Opportunity to contribute to open source.
  • Competitive salary
  • Cosy office space near Rondo Daszynskiego, Warsaw.
  • Private medical care and sports card.
  • Flexible working hours in hybrid mode.
  • Friendly and team‑oriented culture.
