Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Process Automation Developer for a remote contract position with a Large Energy Company located in Denver, CO. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.
Pay range: $80.00 - $82.00 per hour

This is a hands-on automation support role for an experienced developer who can quickly stabilize and optimize existing automation processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong Blue Prism and Python expertise to focus on production support, performing bug fixes, troubleshooting, and making minor enhancements to ensure automation reliability and performance across multiple business units.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform bug fixes and troubleshooting for existing automations
  • Make minor enhancements and "quality of life" improvements
  • Maintain and optimize Blue Prism automations in a production environment
  • Ensure automation stability, reliability, and performance
  • Manage a centralized queue of issues and resolve automation failures
  • Work across multiple business units including Finance, Supply Chain, and Transmission
  • Support automation tasks that rely on Python scripting

Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of automation or development experience
  • Expertise in Blue Prism (REQUIRED)
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Strong hands-on experience with automation troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a self-starter mindset
  • Ability to interpret non-technical business issues into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Desired skills:
  • SAP experience
