Job Summary:
Mindlance is seeking a Senior RPA Operations Analyst to manage and optimize robotic process automation environments. This role involves ensuring the stability and performance of automations, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with development teams to enhance documentation and operational practices.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain all production automation processes and jobs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues with existing automation scripts, pipelines, and workflows.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, patching, and refactoring of current automation codebases.
• Investigate and fix failures in scheduled automation jobs and integrations.
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support for automation-related incidents and requests.
• Optimize performance and reliability of existing automations.
• Document root cause analysis, resolutions, and runbooks for production automations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support automation-related production issues.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks or instability in current automation environments.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and SLAs for automation uptime.
• Own day-to-day operations of RPA automations in production.
• Monitor, support, and troubleshoot Blue Prism bots (break/fix, incident resolution).
• Partner with RPA developers to transition automations into stable production support.
• Clean up and enhance existing documentation, runbooks, and support processes.
• Establish operational best practices for automation monitoring and governance.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvements and risk reduction.
• Support knowledge transfer and documentation readiness for future offshore support model.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong experience supporting RPA production environments
• Hands-on experience with Blue Prism (REQUIRED)
• Background in RPA operations, support, or automation lifecycle management
• Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and system stabilization
• Ability to work independently and bring structure to evolving processes
Preferred:
• Experience with RPA monitoring tools (e.g., Control Room / C-Two or similar)
• Exposure to automation governance or COE models
• Experience preparing environments for offshore transition or scale
• Python coding experience.
