Job description

About the Opportunity:
We are partnering with a global company seeking a senior-level Rightsline/Alliant Royalties Consultant to support a highly visible platform reimplementation. This consultant will serve as a hands-on functional expert and project lead, helping operationalize the platform, transform royalty and licensing processes, and drive the implementation through go-live and post-launch support.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a specialized enterprise transformation while partnering closely with accounting, systems, and business stakeholders.
Duration: 9+ months
Location: Remote, PST hours
Compensation: $75-$85/hr
Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
Scope:
• Support the implementation and operationalization of Rightsline and Alliant Royalties
• Serve as a hands-on end-user and functional subject matter expert throughout the implementation
• Facilitate business discussions, gather requirements, and translate royalty and licensing needs into functional processes
• Guide business process transformation across royalty accounting, licensing, and contract management operations
• Support the transition from existing manual and Alteryx-supported processes
• Help develop and operationalize highly customized contract and royalty management workflows
• Partner with accounting, systems, and business stakeholders through implementation, testing, go-live, and post-launch support
• Manage project activities, stakeholder coordination, and implementation progress as approximately 25% of the engagement
• Identify functional gaps, ask the appropriate business questions, and help drive the project through completion
Qualifications & Expertise:
• Hands-on end-user experience implementing and operationalizing both Rightsline and Alliant Royalties
• Demonstrated experience using Rightsline or Alliant within a business environment, beyond advisory or technical implementation support
• Strong understanding of rights and royalties management, royalty accounting, licensing agreements, or content accounting
• Ability to lead functional implementation discussions and manage cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience supporting customized contract management or royalty workflows
• Strong project leadership, requirements gathering, and business process transformation capabilities
• Media and entertainment industry experience preferred
• Experience with Brainbase, ANAQUA, License Dashboard, or comparable royalty management platforms is a plus
