Looking for PM Shift availablity (Typically 3 pm - 11 pm)
T. Cook's at Royal Palms Resort and Spa is seeking a passionate and talented Sauté Cook to join our culinary team. This role is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with consistency, quality, and attention to detail while maintaining the high standards of service and culinary excellence that define T. Cook's dining experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment, demonstrates a commitment to teamwork, and takes pride in delivering high-end dishes to our guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare and execute menu items on the sauté station according to established recipes, presentation standards, and portion controls.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and plated with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout service.
  • Monitor product quality and freshness, notifying leadership of inventory or quality concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Assist with receiving, storing, rotating, and labeling products following FIFO procedures.
  • Support banquet, catering, and special event culinary operations as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Adhere to all hotel, department, and health department policies and procedures.
