Job Description

The base salary range for this position is $27.10 - $28.10 hourly. 

Become one of the authors of our story. As part of the Mauna Lani and Auberge family, you will immediately become part of an active community dedicated to enriching people's lives. This role will curate unique and customized experiences for all our guests, creating memorable moments at Mauna Lani. This is a casual, on-site position. 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact in the Club Lounge, providing concierge support and managing VIP interactions.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by anticipating needs, handling requests, and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of resort amenities, local attractions, and island activities to provide accurate information and personalized recommendations.
  • Manage guest profiles, maintain detailed request logs, and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless service.
  • Set up and maintain the Club Lounge, including food and beverage displays, while ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
  • Prepare and organize supplies for food and beverage service, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic offerings.
  • Utilize reservation management systems and maintain relationships with preferred vendors.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adhere to departmental policies, safety procedures, and service standards while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing, and understanding) and proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years of front office or related experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service, and etiquette, including basic understanding of bar beverages and wines.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs, move/rearrange furniture, and operate various kitchen equipment.
  • Food Handler Certificate and negative TB clearance required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
