Education and/or Experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have a High School diploma or GED.
  • Previous restaurant or hospitality industry cooking experience Required,
  • Country Club Experience preferred.

  • Awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions and skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.
  • Knowledge of and ability to perform required role during emergency situations.
  • About Us: We are a small team of young chefs that are constantly looking to grow and expand our culinary experience while pushing the boundaries on membership offerings. We operate as one, with positions within the kitchen used as guidance and culinary exploration used as our goal.

    Job Summary (Essential Functions)

    Assist in the pre-preparation of food products. Obtain necessary ingredients and clean food preparation equipment, utensils, and work areas. Able to successfully execute and rotate between ala cart Lunch and dinner service, assist in buffets, helps operate our Royal Fox food truck

    Job Tasks/Duties
  • Assists chefs in their tasks. Assist in receiving deliveries, and proper product placement
  • Obtains necessary products and small equipment items required for food preparation.
  • Carefully follow standard recipes while preparing all assigned items.

  • Follows manufacturersโ€™ instructions when operating food production and serving equipment.
  • Consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling practices, including those related to personal hygiene.
  • Returns soiled food preparation utensils and other small wares to the proper areas.
  • Maintains a clean work station, including equipment used for food preparation tasks.
  • Creates and Executes Daily soups
  • Performs other appropriate tasks assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
  • Sets up line, ensuring all products are fresh and of the best quality
  • Preps Salad/pizza Station
  • Successfully preforms/executes ala cart service in accordance of the standards of Royal Fox Country Club
  • Successfully preforms/executes food truck and buffet service in accordance of the standards of Royal Fox Country Club
  • Keeps Chefs informed of products running low, and need to order
  • Helps in other areas of the kitchen, including pantry/banquet during service
  • Informs chef when Line becomes busy, asking for assistance to ensure quality and ticket time are of Royal Fox standard
  • Helps with Ideas and growth of menus/line setup/execution of service
  • Assists in prep of other areas/functions of Royal Fox Country Club
  • All Employee are not limited to listed duties alone, and are required to assist in any capacity necessary
  • Licenses and Special Requirements
  • Food safety certification.

  • Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach.
  • Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Continuous repetitive motions.
  • Work in hot, humid and noisy environment.
