We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Roving Apartment Maintenance Technician in Akron, OH. Explore Monarch here https://www.mimginvestment.com/ and consider this your personal invitation to apply!
  
 Your day-to-day:
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
  • Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
  • Respond to work orders and resident service requests
  • Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
  • Participate in an on-call rotation on an as needed basis 
  • Snow removal when needed

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic
  • Team player with great communication and a friendly vibe
  • Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time
Compensation & Benefits:
- $28-$35/Hour
