Roving Maintenance Technician

Tarragon Property Services | $26-$30/hr | Full Benefits

Join Tarragon Property Services and be a part of a team that values your skills, supports your growth, and offers long-term stability. We're hiring a Roving Maintenance Technician to help keep our residential communities safe, functional, and welcoming.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm 

Location: Seattle, Bothell, Sammamish, Enumclaw, Auburn, Puyallup, Olympia, Bremerton, Port Orchard

What We Require:

  • 1 year or more of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or a related trade
  • Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English
  • Ability to use a computer and the tracking systems used at the property
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance
  • Willingness to comply with all safety regulations
  • Ability to work weekends and non-traditional holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, and crouch as needed
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Roving requires the ability to travel to all TPS properties.

What You'll Do:

  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and more
  • Complete work orders and prepare units for new residents
  • Rotate on-call for emergency maintenance
  • Order supplies and keep accurate records
  • Maintain safety and property standards
