Job description

All Chem Solutions is looking for someone to fill our Route Manager position. This position requires a person to take inventory from a customer's location, fulfill orders for the customer, and has knowledge in general maintenance to perform maintenance. You must be responsible with good people skills.
We are a locally owned and operated company looking for a responsible Route Manager/Technician. We are a small company, but we have been in business for over 65 years.
This is a Full Time manual labor position. We maintain and repair commercial dishwashers, soap dispensers and related machines in Fort Wayne and surrounding areas. Many of our customers include restaurants, schools, churches, health care facilities, nursing homes and hotels. Your job would include daily check ups at the customer location, take an inventory of our products and also do a general check up/repair on their soap dispensers/dishwashers. We will train you in shop and on site. Overtime work is sometimes available. You must be able to lift containers weighing up to 50lbs.
We are looking for someone who is responsible and a self motivator. Good with people and customers. Must have good written and verbal communications skills, clean driving record, and must pass a drug test.
The position starts out at $21-23/hr. After 3 months of employment we offer the following benefits: Medical & Dental Insurance, Holiday and Vacation Pay, and a 401k investment program.
