Certified Lawns has proudly served Central Indiana since 2005, providing professional lawn care and pest control services to residential customers. We are looking for dependable team members who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and want stable, year-round employment.
Position Overview
We are hiring a Route Service Technician to service residential customers throughout the Greenwood area. This is a field-based position where you will work independently, manage a daily route, and provide lawn care and pest control services.
No previous experience is required. We provide paid training and licensing for motivated individuals who are ready to learn.
What You'll Do
  • Service residential customer accounts on a daily route
  • Apply lawn care, fertilization, and pest control treatments
  • Perform perimeter pest control and mosquito treatments
  • Operate company equipment safely and professionally
  • Maintain accurate service records
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures
What We're Looking For
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work independently

Compensation & Schedule
  • $20–$23 per hour (based on experience)
  • Weekly bonus opportunities available

  • Seasonal Saturdays required during spring and fall
