Now Hiring: Route Sales Representative | Kent, WA

Start your career with a company that's been serving the food service industry for over 85 years. Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Route Sales Representative to join our Kent team. This is a hands-on route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens while managing your own customer route.

About the Role
After paid training, you'll service customers in the Kent area, restock chemical products, perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers, and build strong customer relationships using a company vehicle.

What You'll Get

  • Annual pay range is $67,000-$70,000 annually with hourly rate of $26/hr with overtime and on call bonuses
  • Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, typical work week of 45+ hours
  • On-call rotation: Roughly every 5-6 weeks
  • Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), profit sharing, 7 paid holidays, 50+ hours of sick leave, and 2 weeks of vacation days
