Job description

Northern Sales Company, a respected leader in the industry for over 60 years, is seeking a dependable Route Sales Merchandiser to join our team in Fairbanks, AK. Responsibilities
  • Merchandise store shelves and displays to ensure products are well-presented and fully stocked
  • Adapt to varying schedules based on company and customer needs
  • Rotate products and remove unsalable items to maintain freshness and quality standards
  • Maintain backroom areas and shelves in a neat and orderly condition
  • Collaborate with store personnel and company team members to achieve merchandising goals
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferably two (2) years of merchandising experience
  • Understanding of merchandising and product displays preferred, or willingness to learn
