Job description

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a professional, growth-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Route Manager. In this key leadership role, you’ll help drive service excellence, develop frontline talent, and support business growth across your assigned district.

What You'll Do

As a Route Manager, you'll play a vital part in our service delivery and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, training, and mentoring route drivers and customer service representatives

  • Conducting regular customer service audits and resolving service issues promptly

  • Supporting route operations during employee absences, including driving routes as needed

  • Driving growth and performance across your district through service excellence

  • Assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and employee development

  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers and reinforcing our service commitment

  • Performing all other duties as assigned with a proactive, team-first mindset

  • Other duties as required.

This position is designed for career progression into higher leadership roles.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading teams

  • Experience in training, goal setting, employee development, and day-to-day team management

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Clean driving record that meets company standards (CDL not required)

  • Ability to travel up to 50%

  • Willingness and ability to operate a delivery route when needed

  • Military experience highly valued and encouraged

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required
