We Are Hiring For: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift

1st Shift: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm, Monday - Friday

2nd Shift: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Monday - Friday

3rd Shift: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am, Sunday-Thursday

  • Starting Pay Rate: $21.00
  • $200 Monthly Attendance Bonus
  • Shift Differential for 2nd and 3rd Shifts: $1.00

Job Role: (ROTO) Machine Operator ($21.00 entry-level)

A Machine Operator operates the molding machine to form plastic parts by performing the following duties:

  • Machine start-up, operating, and shut-down procedures
  • Basic machine troubleshooting as needed
  • Responsible for adjusting sheet entries for their machine
  • Fill the appropriate cube with the correct color powder
  • Ensure the correct weight of the cube is poured into the mold
  • Pull finished parts and place them on the chute to go to Assembly
  • Places and removes chains on the machine
  • Cleans work area, machines, and equipment
  • Trains helpers on making proper adjustments and mold setups
  • Maintains housekeeping on the platform and the entire machine area
  • Performs other responsibilities as needed
