Program Director - Mobile Crisis Intervention

Lead Crisis Care That Changes Lives - Join Our Team as Program Director, Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) 

Are you a strong clinical leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make a real impact every single day? We're seeking a Program Director to lead our Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) team-providing lifesaving behavioral health crisis response 24/7/365 for children, adults, and families in need.

Our MCI team responds rapidly to behavioral health crises, helping people stay safe, stabilize in the community whenever possible, and connect to the right level of care. This is meaningful leadership work at the front line of mental health support.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily operations of Mobile Crisis Intervention and Jail Diversion services
  • Supervise and support talented clinical staff
  • Ensure high-quality, responsive, compassionate care
  • Partner with community providers, hospitals, law enforcement, and system stakeholders
  • Oversee documentation, billing coordination, reporting, and contract compliance
  • Participate in shared 24-hour leadership on-call rotation
  • Help shape and strengthen innovative crisis services in your community
