Job Description
MasterTech is on the search for Heavy-Duty Mobile Mechanics in Mullan, ID to join a team of underground mining mechanics. Relocation Assistance available.
The successful Mechanic will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of specialized heavy-duty equipment on-site underground. Any heavy equipment mechanic experience will be considered.
Compensation:
  • $30.00 - $60.00/hour based on experience, incentives, profit share.
  • Relocation assistance available on a case by case basis.
  • Full Benefits include; medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Safety & Environmental Incentive plan.
  • Profit Sharing averaging about $6-$8/hour.
  • Service Truck provided for On-Site work.
  • Company Tools provided.

Shift Schedule:
  • Rotating Days & Nights, Over time is available.
  • 5on-4off, 4on-5off, 5on-5off schedule.

Key Qualifications:
  • 3 or more years of experience working on heavy equipment (drilling, earth-moving, construction, mining, agricultural, etc.)
  • Excellent understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Proficiency troubleshooting issues and using diagnostic software.
  • Experience with welding and fabrication.
  • Valid driver's license with clean record.
