Early Career Rotational Program Associate - Engineering/Operations @ Glanbia

Launch your engineering or operations career with hands-on experience, leadership exposure, and real impact from day one.

This 2-year rotational program is designed for recent college graduates who want to build technical and leadership skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll complete three rotations across our U.S. manufacturing facilities, beginning at one of our Idaho locations, and gain exposure to engineering, operations, and leadership responsibilities. Along the way, you'll build a strong foundation for long-term career growth at Glanbia.

Program Highlights

What We're Looking For

We're looking for curious, driven graduates who are excited to learn, collaborate, and grow in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a genuine interest in building a career in engineering or operations.

  • Recent graduates (Winter 2025 or Spring/Summer 2026) with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Dairy Science, Food Science, Dairy Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Interest in manufacturing, operations, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and build strong working relationships.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to share ideas clearly and work effectively with different audiences.
  • A growth mindset and eagerness to learn, take initiative, and develop new skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and support change.
  • Confidence presenting information and communicating effectively in group settings.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office and other standard business tools.

Where You Will Work  

This opportunity will include rotations across our U.S. manufacturing locations, with the program starting at one of our Idaho facilities. To support your transition, housing assistance is provided throughout the program, along with a one-time relocation allowance to help cover initial moving expenses.
