The Manager-Leadership Development is focused on leading, advising, developing and curating content that builds core leadership skill that enhances our culture. It is housed in the LATAM Training & Development team who is responsible for foundational, professional development, building leadership capability and Functional training across all Latin America.

Job Description:

Examples of Duties and Responsibilities

Accountable curation of all leadership development programs and courses across LATAM.

Course curation in a multitude of learning delivery methods

Maintain consistency in messaging to reinforce competencies across programs

Facilitate courseload of leadership classes, Functional classes, as well as team development sessions

Lead multiple, critical leadership programs for key populations, including Corporate, Sales, Marketing and Operations (Frontline Leaders). Responsible for successful

evaluative outcomes of programs that measure relevance to job and driving successful leadership behaviors.

Ownership over metrics and reporting for assigned areas

Serve as team development coach to consult and drive improved team dynamics within conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and other key topics

Facilitate premium courseload of leadership and functional classes

Consult with high levels of the organization to align programs to core leader

The TOOLS You'll Bring With You

Five (5) years' experience is optimal for success in the role (leadership development or other relevant experience)

Certifications and significant experience with Leadership Development tools and assessments (such as DISC, CliftonStrengths, Crucial Conversations, or relevant)

Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication, attention to detail and conflict-resolution skills.
