Summary of the Position:
Second year MBA students are invited to apply for a Senior Associate position in our Leadership Development Program (LDP). The LDP is a rotational program designed to facilitate multi-disciplinary training and cultivate well-rounded real estate professionals. Senior Associates gain this experience through exposure to Tishman Speyer's core functional areas. Rotations can last anywhere from 12 months to 24 months and beyond.
The program is based in New York with potential opportunities to spend time in several of our U.S. regional and international offices.

We anticipate that after 1-3 assignments, Senior Associates will continue to build expertise within a specific function or geography. Full-time assignments could include locations across the U.S., Europe, South America, and Asia.

The base compensation for this role is $160,000. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, as well as access to our comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan (with matching contributions), wellness benefits and all other benefits afforded to full-time Tishman Speyer employees.
