Job description

Description
Route Sales: Local area delivery driver; possibility of some over-the-road (OTR) deliveries; possibility of overnight/weekend deliveries.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: (non-exclusive list)
  • Responsible for making delivery runs, completing the necessary paperwork for each load, and assuring the truck is operating safely and properly
  • Responsible for completing pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections
  • Required to maintain daily logs
  • Some physical labor for loading/unloading may be required
  • Responsible for maintaining the truck in good working order (general maintenance, checking oil, and other fluid levels, tire pressure, etc.); should major repairs or maintenance be required, responsible for reporting it to the management on site
  • Any other duties assigned by management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • CDL class A is required.
  • Ability to understand, read, write and speak basic English.
