Summer Camp Cook

Camp Cheerful, Strongsville

Pay: $650.00 Weekly

Set amongst 52 acres of woods, trails, fields and aquatic areas of the Cleveland Metroparks, the Achievement Centers for Childrens Camp Cheerful offers campers all the traditional camp activities including: hiking, swimming, fishing, canoeing, arts and crafts, nature study activities, games, campfire activities, music and sports. We also offer year-round Therapeutic Horseback Riding sessions and a new state-of-the-art, fully handicap-accessible High Ropes challenge course.

We are currently recruiting for a Camp Cook. The summer Cook is responsible for preparing and serving meals according to camper dietary needs. The requirements include a minimum of two years of food service experience in health care dietary setting, HS diploma or GED is preferred and preference will be given to those who have experience with quantity cooking and specialized dietary needs ServSafe and/or Person-in-Charge certification(s) a plus but not required
