Starting at $15.00 per hour

STARTING RATE AND BENEFITS

Starting Salary: Guaranteed $15/hr (tips included)

  • Tips: All tips are pooled among all hourly crewmembers. Tips are paid out biweekly and boost base pay by more than $2/hr - and on any down weeks, Roots will pay the difference! - bringing your take-home pay to a guaranteed $15/hr minimum
  • 401(K): All crewmembers can save for the future with the Roots 401(k). Plus, Roots will match 100% of contributions up to 4%. Start where you are, save big!
