Primary Care Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide personalized, integrative primary care that blends traditional and functional medicine. This role focuses on identifying root causes of illness and empowering patients to achieve optimal health through comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Compensation: Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300,000+

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary care via in-office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, order and interpret labs/imaging, and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating lifestyle medicine, supplements, hormone therapy, and prescriptions as appropriate
  • Educate patients on preventive and functional medicine principles
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
  • Maintain timely and compliant EHR documentation
Qualifications
  • Active Oregon NP or PA license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Board certification in Family or Internal Medicine (or applicable specialty)
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • EHR proficiency (NextGen experience preferred)
