Where You'll Make a Difference
  • Lead all site maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations across a 24-hour manufacturing facility.
  • Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and site safety standards.
  • Drive predictive and preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and production performance.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, providing hands-on support when required.
  • Prioritize, assign, and manage maintenance work orders to meet operational and business needs.
  • Develop and execute corrective actions through root cause analysis of equipment failures.
  • Support evaluation, installation, and commissioning of new equipment and technologies.
  • Manage spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, and maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
What Makes You the Right Fit
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Eight or more years of progressively responsible technical experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Three or more years of experience leading or supervising maintenance teams.
  • Demonstrated experience with mechanical and electrical maintenance systems.
  • Working knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively on technical topics.
  • Experience working in regulated environments, including Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), preferred.
