Job description

Rooney McBride & Smith, LLC is seeking a full-time (35-40 hours per week) Paralegal or Legal Assistant with at least five years of experience in non-domestic civil litigation and/or commercial transactions or, alternatively, at least ten years of experience as an executive assistant.  Wages are competitive and commensurate with experience, and benefits include but are not limited to health/dental/vision insurance, 401K, PTO, life insurance, and a flex or health savings account. 

This paraprofessional will assist the practice of a senior attorney, including preparing and filing legal documents, facilitating document and calendar management systems, and communicating with clients and court personnel.  Applicants should have strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient typing skills; and should be experienced in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
