Join our dynamic team at our hotel as a Room Supervisor, where your leadership and attention to detail will ensure our guests enjoy a memorable stay. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the housekeeping supervisor to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in a stylish, welcoming environment.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure rooms and public areas meet quality standards
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping supervisor to assign tasks, monitor staff performance, and support daily cleaning operations
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met
  • Perform hands-on housekeeping duties, including cleaning and preparing guest rooms, when needed to maintain service standards and support the team
  • Support training and development of housekeeping staff to uphold service excellence
  • Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly to enhance the guest experience
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and adequate stock levels
  • Enforce health and safety regulations and hotel policies among housekeeping staff
  • Collaborate closely with the Front Desk team and Chief of Maintenance to coordinate room readiness, communicate guest requests, and ensure housekeeping and maintenance issues are addressed promptly

Skills and Qualifications:


-  Strong leadership and team management skills-  Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities-  Good communication and interpersonal skills-  Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle guest concerns professionally-  Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures-  Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays-  Proven experience in housekeeping or room management within a hospitality setting is a plus
