  • Act as a point of contact between the Sales team, Front Office and other departments.
  • Oversee accurate posting, billing, and reconciliation of group folios; complete all required reports, forecasts, and audits per Kalahari standards.
  • Maximize revenue through up-selling opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and collaborate across departments to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Adhere to Kalahari policies and procedures in contract processing, data management, and communication through actively participating in meetings and supporting Sales, Catering, and Conference Services as needed.
  • Provide administrative support for sales and catering offices and assist with sales activities as needed.

What We're Looking For
  • General knowledge of the practices and procedures of a resort and convention center.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience and knowledge with Passkey, Delphi, and Visual 1 (V1) is preferred, but not required.
  • Possess strong time management skills.
  • Capable of managing across multiple accounts.
