Job Summary of the Office Services & Hospitality Coordinator position
Integr8staff is seeking an Office Services & Hospitality Coordinator in Irvine, CA. Under the direction of Support Services Supervisor, the Office Services & Hospitality Coordinator manages conference rooms and kitchen services. Responsibilities include set up of conference rooms before meetings, places catering orders for meeting and events, serves food prepared by outside caterers and prepares beverage set-ups for groups ranging from two to several hundred people; perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure that the facility is always clean and organized; maintain proper inventory levels of supplies for the cafes, coffee stations, pantries and conference rooms. Additional responsibilities include backup for Support Services functions such as reception relief, mail, scan and fax services, photocopying, general office support, and other duties as assigned.
