The Role
As a Room Service Order Taker, you handle in-room dining calls, take guest food and beverage orders, enter them accurately into the system, and coordinate with the culinary and service teams to ensure timely and professional delivery.
What You Will Be Doing
• Answer room service calls promptly and courteously
• Take food and beverage orders with accuracy and attention to detail
