  • Inspects the quality of work performed by hotel housekeeping personnel, ensuring that all rooms are prepared in a timely manner and maintained according to Cactus Petes standards. Effectively provides instruction and guidance to Room Attendant staff. 
  • Ensures that fast and accurate execution of guest service standards are met and delivered in accordance with the Cactus Petes expectations. 
  • Responsible for the supervision, examination and daily inspection of the quality of work in all rooms performed by assigned personnel and takes the appropriate steps to ensure that all rooms meet Cactus Petes standards. 
  • Receives guest checkout information from the housekeeping office/ front desk, and takes immediate steps to ensure that all rooms are cleaned in a timely manner.   
  • Routinely monitors the condition of linens and replaces old linens to ensure that the Cactus Petes expectation of quality is met.  
  • Provides guidance, instruction, and room assignments to Room Attendant staff. 
  • Completes monthly documented inspections on all direct reports. 
  • Ensures all areas are cleaned on a daily basis. 
  • Maintains a clean office environment. 
  • Assists Room Attendants in their efforts to exceed guests' expectations with regard to room quality.
