JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

Join our housekeeping team as a dedicated Housekeeping Inspector committed to maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and public spaces. We are actively seeking individuals who take pride in attention to detail and have a strong work ethic. This role is key to ensuring our guests have a memorable stay through spotless accommodations.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assists in the training and development and performance of all Housekeeping staff
  • Assists in the maintenance of cost control system for staffing linen inventories and cleaning supplies.
  • Inspects guest rooms by visually viewing room and documenting discrepancies on a daily / weekly basis to ensure standards are me
  •  Assists, on an as needed basis, other departments by scheduling work projects and accomplishes cleaning of property

REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to carry, lift or pull up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision meeting brand standards
  • Attention to detail, ability to understand and follow directions
  • Previous Executive Housekeeper experience preferred but not required
  • Frequently standing up, bending, climbing, kneeling, and moving about the facility
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) speaking and written communication preferred
