As we grow, we're looking for a skilled Exterior Repair Technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their projects. You’ll be the go-to problem-solver on roofs and home exteriors, ensuring every job is done right the first time — on time and on budget.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and repair exterior home issues including roofing and siding (vinyl, aluminum, fiber cement).

  • Conduct material takeoffs and labor estimates based on project scopes.

  • Collaborate with the Repair Supervisor on scheduling and customer estimates.

  • Safely operate ladders, power tools, and other equipment to access and work on residential structures (including multi-story and steep-pitch roofs).

  • Coordinate material pickups and deliveries to and from job sites.

  • Submit change orders when needed and resolve on-site issues with professionalism and clear communication.

  • Lead a tech assistant and maintain job site organization and efficiency.

  • Ensure projects meet our high-quality standards — and our customers’ expectations.

What Sets You Apart

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in exterior home repairs

  • Strong carpentry skills and comfort with heights and safety procedures

  • Organized, efficient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to lead and manage small repair crews

  • Experience with residential and/or commercial construction is a plus

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
