Job description

Roofing Project Manager – $16/hr + Commission | $55K–$60K+

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to manage roofing projects from start to finish. You’ll be the on-site contact for homeowners, making sure work is done safely, on schedule, and up to our quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the on-site point of contact for homeowners
  • Monitor job progress, quality, and safety
  • Confirm materials and keep job sites clean and organized
  • Take progress photos and update project records
  • Help with inspections when needed
  • Coordinate with production teams to keep projects on track

What We’re Looking For:

  • Professional, dependable, and organized
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
  • Able to climb ladders/roofs and lift 50+ lbs
  • Valid driver’s license & clean driving record

Pay & Basics:

  • $16 per hour (Ave. 40 - 45 Hours) + Commission on jobs you invoice and collect (avg. $100–$200/week)
  • Realistic annual earnings $55K–$60K+
  • Health insurance, PTO, and 401(k) with company match
  • Company truck provided for work use (picked up daily from our shop)
